Free fittings within Bali:

All orders within Bali include free delivery and fitting. You can return or exchange your order during 24 hours after delivery.

Processing Time:

  • Orders typically take 1 business day to process.
  • Delivery times are 1-3 business days within Indonesia and 3-10 days internationally.

Shipping Costs:

  • Free delivery within Bali.
  • Other regions of Indonesia - 50,000 IDR (≈ 3 USD).
  • Oceania (Australia, New Zealand etc) - FREE shipping for all orders above 3 000 000 IDR (≈ 200 USD). If less -  150 000 IDR (≈ 9 USD)
  • Europe and America - FREE shipping for all orders above 4 000 000 IDR (≈ 250 USD).

if less - 300 000 IDR (≈ 19 USD)

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please inform us as soon as possible at customers@notamust.com or WhatsApp +62 877 45655048

If you cancel your order before it's dispatched, we can offer a full refund or exchange.

Refund policy

We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and a purchase may not meet your expectations. To ensure a seamless shopping experience, we have outlined our return and exchange policy below.

Guidelines

1. How to Request a Return or Exchange:
  - Please send all return requests to our email at customers@........com.
  - Requests must be made within 1 day of receiving your order.

2. Options for Size or Style Exchanges:
  - If the size or model of the item is not suitable, you may exchange it for a similar product in a different size, provided that it is in stock. Please note that all shipping costs and customs fees associated with this exchange will be the responsibility of the customer.
  - If the desired product is not available, we will accept the return in exchange for “store credit” equivalent to the purchase amount. As before, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs and customs fees for the returned item.

3. Return Conditions:
  - All returned items must be in their original condition, showing no signs of wear, and must include all labels and hang tags.

4. Issues with Incorrect or Defective Products:
  - If you receive an incorrect item or find a defect, please contact us at customers@......com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Ensure you include photos, videos, and a detailed description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a refund, including shipping costs.

Important Notes:
- Please be aware that we do not accept returns on items sold at a discounted price.
- Refunds in cash are not offered; instead, we provide “store credit” equivalent to the item’s value.
