Prices on our website are shown in the currency of the LOZA brand's country of origin - IDR Indonesian Rupiah.
The Indonesian Rupiah to US Dollar exchange rate may vary from USD $1 - IDR 14500 to USD $1 - IDR 16000 approximately.
Is Import tax included in my order?
Import tax is not included in your purchase.
Your local tax department will calculate and collect any import taxes payable on your shipment.
If you have questions, we suggest you contact your local tax department, as each country has different regulations and charges.
Do you offer complimentary delivery in Bali?
We offer a complimentary delivery service within Bali.
We offer same day Bali delivery depending on location.
For online orders, simply add your Bali address as the Shipping address for automatic Free Shipping.

How will I know when my order is dispatched?
You will receive an automated email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE SHEERNESS OF A GARMENT?
There are a number of ways to check the sheerness of LOZA garment before purchasing:
1. You may click the DETAILS button on the product page. A style that is listed as 'semi-sheer’ is see-through / transparent.
2. You may check the product images on the website. If the underwear/bikini is visible, you will know it is sheer.
3. You may check our Instagram posts and stories. You will find all our Instagram posts of this particular style and see what it looks like in real life on different models/influencers.
How should I wash my LOZA garments?
Due to the hand-made nature of our garments, we recommend you hand wash Flook garments in cold water only.
Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
I placed my order, but did not receive an order confirmation or shipment update?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated confirmation email with a tracking number from us. If you did not receive this email, please check your junk / spam folder.
Please note: if you place an order over the weekend, we will process and dispatch on Monday.
